Premium Buybacks (PB) are STBL's deflationary mechanism designed to strengthen governance and reward long-term participants.

Unlike Standard Buybacks, PB repurchases $STBL above market price using proceeds from the treasury, staked USST, and protocol revenue. This creates a compounding flywheel where circulating supply is reduced and value flows back to the most committed community members.
